My wife and I used this service for her dress, which included a detachable (very large!) gown train. We purchased 2 boxes at David’s Bridal and shipped the dress&gown in 2 different packages as they would not fit 1. Contacted the store upfront to make sure all was properly organized and got immediate call back and email from their manager, Pricilla, who called us a week later to confirm all was ready and being shipped back to us.
