I had a Saturday appointment, I arrived on time, the door was locked. I knocked, called the number on the website, but to no avail. I was very disappointed, they finally noticed me but the examination was cancelled. I should mention that they helped me to book another appointment, but I stood there for half an hour in vain.
We were welcomed upon arrival. Francis, Hailey and Anthony were all very helpful and patient with me as I have anxiety about MRIs. He explained everything he would be doing, how long it would take, and made the experience very easy. I highly recommend this location!
From the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism, compassion and a clear sense of calmness that helped eased my nerves. The tech, Hajra Kahn, was so incredibly skilled and gentle, making the procedure as comfortable as possible. When Dr. Mallery arrived she took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. I felt informed and at ease every step of the way. Their expertise was evident, and I truly knew I was in excellent hands.They answered all of my questions and shared valuable information that I didn't realize I needed!
