I have been using your Wilcrest location for years and I moved closer into town and tried your Gessner location. I was greeted with smiles from the staff and the doctor spent time with me actually talking to me and explaining everything about my eyes. Kudos to your practice and you have a patient for life.

I had an amazing experience at Memorial Eye Center with Dr. Chuang! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I was very impressed with the eye doctor and the time they took with me considering the fact that I am deaf. They are very respectful and very courteous and kind so I appreciated that. The only downfall is letting the client know that their glasses are in because the first time they did not call me to let me know they were in and they had been in for a while the second time they had a pair glasses it did come in the day that they said it was going to I was able to pick them up that part of the process was done on time supposed to be very satisfied with the service.
