I am disappointed with my experience at Melton & Melton, specifically regarding my interactions with Jason Eikner, due to a prolonged lack of communication. To be clear, my concerns relate only to communication issues and not to the timing, accuracy, or outcome of any tax filing or professional service, notwithstanding any characterization to the contrary by the company in their response to my review.

I have worked with Melton & Melton for the past 18 years and have found their staff to be highly competent, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have had occasion to work with other accounting firms through various clients and Melton's service and responsiveness excels. Melton & Melton continues to be my "go-to" accountants, and I always recommend them to my clients when I have the opportunity and will continue to do so.
