Had a great experience with Medella clinic. Each time I have spoken to their staff the customer service has been superb. I would recommend their weight-loss program to anyone looking at different options.
I have been to this specific location several times in the last few years and my experience has always been great. Fast/easy check in process & friendly, professional staff. I came here yesterday for intense nerve pain I was having in my neck, and the NP Terri, was absolutely phenomenal at addressing my issues and helping me get the relief I needed. She has by far been the best Urgent Care doc I have been to & they have all been great here. Hope she’s there the next time I have any emergency ailments! Highly recommend this location to anyone in the Spring/Klein area. I have been to others in the area as well and none of them compare. I will come back here every time.
I've had bronchitis for 3 weeks now, and haven't slept much due to the coughing fits I get overnight. I was able to do a video appt with Vanessa Conn, FNP-C at 6:10pm and get the meds prescribed that I needed easily, without having to go into the clinic itself. She sent the scripts to Walgreens in Magnolia, 5 of them, but they were telling me they had only received 3 of the 5, and it may be a few days before I could get them. I called Medella and asked if they could check that all the scripts were sent, which they were, but the Magnolia Walgreens has been having issues of their own lately, so the lady I spoke with (I wish I could remember her name, she was amazing!)...read full review
