We have had an excellent experience with Mathnasium over the past 3–4 months. My daughter is 12 and in sixth grade, and math has always been a challenging subject for her. Since starting Mathnasium, we’ve seen a remarkable improvement—not only in her understanding of math concepts, but also in her confidence.
The instruction feels personalized and supportive, and the staff does a great job meeting her at her level while steadily helping her progress. The results have been very noticeable in school and on standardized math testing. My almost 7 year old daughter has gotten a lot out of Mathnasium. She has found math at school a bit boring but is definitely learning new concepts through the program and the regular assessments help quantify her growth in meaningful ways. (Though if you ask her, the best part is points system and getting prizes. She also really likes the instructors.)
