I have seen Mya several times and am so happy I found her. She helped reduce pain in my sciatic/IT band before I ran the Houston Marathon. More recently, she helped me recover very quickly from a pulled back muscle. If you are looking for someone to help you through an injury and get you back to what you love doing, she's your person!
As a massage therapist, I would highly recommend Massage by Mya, as I have received numerous massages from her - even a massage therapist needs a massage at times! She a serious professional who has developed a solid technique and is able to release the tension in my muscles every time, even in those places where I didn't realize I needed it.
Mya is a talented massage therapist. I had a really good massage, she focused exactly where I requested - worked on my tight shoulder muscles and I was able to get relief...finally! Setting was lovely. I will definitely be going back!
