After a previous bad experience from another salon with a stylist who left my hair uneven and damaged I looked for a salon who could do the job right. I was very nervous but the second I stepped into Magic Looks everyone was extremely welcoming and offered advice. I appreciated the honest advice, recommendations, and welcoming nature of all the staff to make me feel comfortable. I booked an appointment with Silvia for later that day as I felt confident she knew what I wanted. She was amazing!! I walked in without appointment hoping to get a good haircut or schedule an appointment for another day. Was told that another hairdresser was on her way and I could wait. After short time Luz arrived and gave me a great haircut. Kind and friendly staff. Will be back for my next haircut.
