OMG I definitely recommend!!! Got a Brazilian blowout and my hair never looked this good in my life! You can see that she is a hair stylist like you never can find anymore, 20 years of practice and technique. I was recommended by a friend and I would recommend to my best friend! Make sure to call her to make an appointment and she will go above and beyond to make your hair look like a Hollywood 🌟

Everything was great until I washed my hair. I have been getting keratin for over 6 yrs and the best sensation is when you wash your hair and you see the results. Non-frizzy, straight, shiny hair- and in this case my hair was exactly the same as before my treatment. I have been calling and texting Lucy all week and she has not returned my calls or texts. Which is totally unacceptable. Update. After 3 weeks of calling and texting I finally came to look for Lucy at her salon. She was not there, so I called her from a different number and she answered!! I told her that I had been calling and texting and that her treatment dis not work and she said " I don't redo any of my work". I told her I wasn't asking for a redo or for my money back but to work something out and offer me two blowdry's at least. Again she argued that she had never had issues with her keratin and she wasn't going to offer me anything. No wonder she only takes cash. This business is a total fraud and I have never met anyone so unprofessional. After I hung up she texted me. See pics

My hair was uneven, the layers were very chunky, it didn't seem very clean, and she answered the phone while cutting my hair making it so her head was tilted to the side with the phone on her shoulder while cutting it. May have been a bad day, but I did not have a good experience here.
