NOOO! Too rude for their quality of work. Rushed cuts that weren’t fully faded. I’m new in the city and gave the place the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. Their working hours are what they want depending on their mood. I suppose if they know you, they treat you better. I was just trying to get a haircut, not join a fraternity. Save your time and go to a barbershop that’s willing on taking new customers.

I’m sure the haircuts are good there. I walked in and asked how many were before us. They pointed at the four sitting down. So we decided to wait for a cut. After about an hour they were done with those. Then more walked in and they continued cutting their hair. I was like how many more do you have? Then they proceed to tell us they are booked for the evening. They prefer the appointments since they are able to charge extra for those then a walk in. If I would of been told at first how many were really in front of us. I wouldn’t have stayed an hour. Waste of time because of poor communication and aweful customer service.

I've come here a couple of times during this last year. I get my haircut with Dago and he has always done a very good job on my hair. There's not many people I trust with my hair but this barber is one of them. I've never gotten a cut with Lucio but it seems like he does a very good job on his customers that I've seen. Overall, I'm pleased with this place and their services.
