Honestly I took a leap of faith and trusted the reviews. As soon as I walked in and asked about the price and to see if it's okay if my kids came in as well. Ms.Lucia was very welcoming and also with my kids and she gave them some refreshments and some treats as well. She is very knowledgeable and knew how to cut my curly hair.
