I've been a patient of Lovette Dental for years and Alexa is the best hygienist I've ever seen. I hope she stays for a long time. Truly a professional that made my cleaning pain and stress free. The entire Staff at this Heights location is awesome.
The customer service is horrible at the heights and hwy 6 S location, mainly because the same lady works at both and her partner at the heights location as well. They are nonchalant and if you have a problem they don't care to fix it. They're very impersonal and cold and have been this way for the 3 years I've been going there. The only reason I'm still there is because I'm getting braces worked on and the doctor is pretty good and attentive so are the techs. Unfortunately, they are losing customers because of the lack of customer service at the front desk. My coworkers have changed dental plans because of this. I'm the only one still going there. Once I finish with my braces, I'm gone too. The 3 star rating is solely for the doctor and his assistants!! The front office staff is bringing down your ratings!! Do better ladies!!
They did a great job. The office is clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. They stayed on top of getting clearance from another doctor. The dentist is friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist did a good job at the cleaning and gave me a "goody bag" of dental stuff including special flosses for my retainer.
