My experience with Lone Star was top of the line. They are the definition of expertise and will cater to every detail that arises every step of the way. Couldn’t have been blessed with better service.
This review is a bit delayed, however it comes without any hesitation.
When Max took over my case, he introduced himself and wanted to know more about ME, the human, the victim, and not just a file number. He was just the right balance of professionalism but yet down to earth where I felt heard, understood, safe, and FINALLY in good hands.
One method or another, he was always available to contact. His office staff members were also pleasant and professional. Max was patience with me, explained each process forgoing (multiple times if needed). Afterwards, I felt knowledgeable and prepared, again, I felt safe and protected.
