I absolutely love the spa at Lifetime! It offers so many services, and everyone there knows me by name and genuinely makes the effort to connect. I go every two weeks for a blowout with Ariel—she never disappoints! It’s actually cheaper than a blow dry bar, with better products and way better service.
I also had a facial recently, and my skin looked amazing afterward—still glowing days later. I love that this is part of my gym—it’s truly my one-stop shop for self-care.

Kevin esthetician is absolutely so sweet and knowledgeable. They know exactly what to do when it comes to facials. My skin feels phenomenal after my HydraFacial. Soothing environment and excellent service. Kevin is beyond hospitable and professional. I can’t wait for my next session. If you want a great spa experience, I highly suggest Lifespa on Main.
Shay did such an amazing job on my toes and nails. I got a normal manicure and 4 days later, nails still look pristine! She paid such close attention to detail. I will definitely come see her again!
