On November 6th, 2025, I went to Lenwell. I actually found them on Amazon, and when I realized they were located in Houston, I didn’t think twice about going there. My iPad was an iPad Pro 12.9 (4th generation) with a cracked screen, and I also decided to have the battery replaced.
A very kind young lady helped me, and before admitting my iPad, they checked that everything was 100% functional which I thought was great. Outstanding Performance.l live in Dallas but I checked with several people both online and in personally . Several said I should try Lenwell Digital in Huston Tx. After a short call I shipped my apple ipad down. I had great results great service, good customer service and they even had a camera so I could see the progress. They were fast and took pride in a job well done. Thanks
Wow! What a refreshing time I had.... As a store owner and operator it breaks my soul to walk into a place of business and be treated as if I'm a burden. I found Lenwell on Amazon as a ship in repair shop and noticed they were in Houston. What luck right? Almost 1yr ago I called and received a quote, it took me all this time to drive over. My phone demanded I go..lol The quote had not changed. Let me clue you in to some news. A lot of the shops fixing phones bring your phone here, then double the fee and express how hard the repair was.
