I came in from a different Salon after not being satisfied with my Bob ✂ and highlights. I told Ana, (she only works weekends) what had happened. I wanted my Bob to look professional not just a square cut. I also told her I wasn't satisfied with the highlights I had gotten the day before. She was super patient with me, gave me her honest opinion, and took her time to listen to me. You can tell she loves doing hair. I left with a great bob cut! And a shampoo that will help bring down the highlight color. In total I spent $25 for a cut, blowdry and she straightened my hair. And $8 for the shampoo. (Also I came to this place because someone else recommended it to me). The only downside is that the owner kept telling my stylist to hurry up. She kept walking over to tell her she was taking too long. But even though this happened, my hair stylist took her time to make sure I was satisfied.
