The overall experience at LasikPlus was great. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and they made me feel at ease every step of the way. Dr. January was amazing the day of my surgery. I recommend it to those that want to leave glasses and contacts behind.
My experience started with Sabrina. She was able to assist and help me coordinate my arrival to the lasik plus office there in Houston. My trip and all was smooth and then I walked into the office. Nancy, the front desk and nursing assistant was able to help me get everything coordinated and situated. From there, I formerly met Sabrina, who then took off the measurements in calibration for my eyes. Then I met Dr. Su very energetic and extremely knowledgeable fully explained the Lasik procedure. Amazing experience at LASIK Plus in Houston, TX. Both the staff and doctors were great. Helped me through the entire process (pre & post) and answered all questions I had. My vision was better the next morning. I followed the simple instructions post procedure and I’m loving my new vision. I give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
