I love this place but I can’t justify the booking stress. The tech at memorial is amazing and tbh I wish more could be like her but until the memorial location gets better facilities/availability this place is a 4/5. Before they remodeled and got rid of their multiple rooms at the memorial location which allowed u to book pretty last minute I would give this place a 5 but due to their recent temporary relocation it’s a 4. However, Rachel, the tech that usually does my lashes is amazing! I won’t go to anyone else it’s just frustrating to book an appointment sometimes as I travel a lot.

I got my first ever lash lift and tint here. I thought the service was great and everyone was very patient with my questions and "first time experience". The service lasted an hour but I swear it didn't feel that long. So far I'm very happy with the results and haven't had to wear mascara in a week! Still deciding if I think it's worth it to continue, but if I do I have no hesitation in coming back to Lash Lounge.

I’ve been going to Kay for the last couple of months, she is the best lash tech I’ve ever had. I don’t remember a time when eyes felt it irritated or heavy even burning, I’ve gotten exactly what I wanted from her including the comfort and result. Love the fact that she takes her time I honestly sleep during the whole time there and when I wake up she’s done that’s really how gentle she is.Service: Eyelash extensions
