My upstairs AC unit decided to go out on one of the hottest weeks of the summer! Koolpro was there bringing a couple of portable AC units while they assessed the air conditioner damage. Within three business days, they had a new AC unit installed and we were back up and chilling like before. William and his crew are very responsive and service oriented. They even price themselves competitively in the market. I highly recommend their AC service work as well as their year long service agreement. With that service agreement I earned extra discounts at the time I needed them most.

I recently had maintenance done on two of my A/C units, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The technician was outstanding—professional, thorough, and extremely careful to protect my floors and carpet while working. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the maintenance process, as well as the costs involved for repairs. His attention to detail and respectful demeanor truly stood out.
