So let me start by saying that Nelly /Chanel does a fabulous job at cutting hair when she actually shows up. She does a bomb ass job literally one of the best I've seen in Houston the big big big negative is that she is unprofessional and unreliable. She is never able to cut hair when you need a cut , and sometimes doesn't even text back , won't show up at the shop even after telling you she would be there. Overall she does a great job but if you want someone that will be able to cut your hair when you need it I would not go to her.

The experience we had was a hoot. My twin and I decided to get my nephews hair cut which was a big decision because he has been growing dreadlocks for almost 2 years now. We were passing by and decided to go in. This is your everyday barber. The lines were long and people were seated everywhere which lets me know they mean business. The guys are professional and they helped my sister and I find a direction for my nephews hair which we did end up chopping off. We could not immediately get him the style he liked only because the barber explained that his hair needs time to grow back so the style would look better. We trusted his judgment and they are now are future spot for the boy's haircuts.
