I called for an inspection and advice on my rat problem in the attic and they were quick to respond and took a look the next day. I got valuable advice on what steps I should take in order to address the problem and I'm very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended!

Keith came out to inspect our attic for rats, after we got kind of a scammy feeling "rat" assessment by a termite inspector who also dealt with rats. We had rats a few years prior, but everything had been well-sealed. Keith said there was an area with some old droppings, but nothing recent. I appreciated his honesty, how quickly he came out, and how easy it was to text for an appointment. A trustworthy local company who cares about their neighborhood. Thanks, Keith!
