3rd floor townhouse roof with tile roofing. First man inspected roof and said exactly what was wrong. Repair men came on time, with the right tools and material. They worked continuously and kept surroundings clean. The job came in as quoted. Management was responsive during the job from bid to checking on satisfactory repair.
