I called John Moore because one of the rooms in my house was not cooling properly. John Moore communicated with me several times via text prior to the arrival of the technician. The technician fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. I have used John Moore before and I will use them again.
We have had 3 technicians in our house today. HVAC, plumbing and electrical. All 3 of them were extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail of what needed to be done to correct problems. They were polite and very cordial. A very enjoyable experience.
Alvaro seemed efficient and he maintained a professional demeanor while completing his work. I only gave a 4 since the company stated he was dispatched and tracker stated he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He showed up 35 minutes after this time.
