We purchased a 25 year old home in Bellaire in 2019. Joe Hardwood Floors resurfaced the first floor and did an amazing job, at a reasonable price. So much so, in 2022, we hired them to re structure our sub floor for the second floor and upgrade from carpet to the same wood floor finish from the first floor. Wow, we are so happy with the results. I have worked closely with Joe on both projects, and really value the way he runs his business, and most importantly, how he takes care of his customers.
