Had a 5pm appointment, both my sister and myself had to wait 45 and 55 minutes, my stylist did not speak English very well so I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, needless to say I'm not happy with my uneven cut and my newly added Wings that I did not request. I never go in store unless it's to pick up something I order off the website. The lines to even pick up or exchange take forever. The only great thing I love is that I bought my husband a pair of jeans but the wrong length. I was able to exchange them in store for the same discounted price. I actually got the right pair which never happens.

My favorite hair stylist is Cloe. She's been cutting my hair for three years now. She help me restore my hair back to health after I damaged it so much. I totally recommend going and asking for Cloe.
