This was my first time coming to Jackson Hewitt, I needed some extra cash before the holidays and I was so nervous. When I tell you go see Mrs.Lekisha...GO see her. She was patient in answering all my questions,professional and very kind.. Thank you Mrs.Lekisha with an "E" lol
I don’t usually leave reviews but let me tell you this is my 3rd year with Jackson Hewitt and each year was like a different person doing my taxes, but this time I met Ms. Lorraine, and she was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the entire process. If you need your taxes done please do ask for her. I promise you, you won’t regret it ;)
I can see why this JH had such great reviews! Jillian was a wonderful preparer and was a joy to work with. She explained everything simply and answered all of my questions and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders regarding my taxes. 10/10 years would recommend! Will definitely be back next year.
