The team at IT Cloud Global are truly professionals and experts when servicing my computers and IT needs. Ken and his team are courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous in diagnosing my issues and providing a solution at a great price. They have helped me on several occasions, and I have yet to be disappointed.
I was in a pinch for help in Houston ICG helped us reset our office switch, and followed our requests with no hesitation.
Definitely will use IT Cloud Global in the near future.

Outstanding all around. Great communication, turnover time, accuracy and professionalism. Very convenient location. My laptop was overheating and performing poorly. I was not ready for a new computer nor had the time to shop around for a new system. Was also fearful of losing data. Ken replaced the fan, battery and did a thorough cleaning. The laptop works great again. Highly recommended especially if you are not ready for change.
