Good nails but overpriced. Also they overcharged me and when I caught it - they were odd about it being my fault since they read it out loud to me…You get charged for a FULL painted manicure AND an extra $25 for gel. It’s a LOT.

I have been coming to this location for YEARS and it never disappoints! Hang is the best nail tech by far and always does a fantastic job (she gives good massages too)! I would recommend this place if you want to treat yourself to a nice pedicure and manicure, I personally like the Coconut Milk Pedicure and the Mangolicious Pedicure. If you ever come definitely ask for Hang

Close to my house but I am tired of trying to go. Lacking availability as it seems always short-staffed. I even had an experience where they took back availability. Always hard to get anyone on the phone. I used to go frequently but I am in do not bother mode because a) it was not always like this and b) I never experience issues at the Upper Kirby location + its much more flexible in timing. So for now, looking to diversify the nail salons I go to.
