Ivy was an excellent employee who went beyond customer service , very knowledgeable , knows how to listen and gave us the best customer service we have ever encountered in the last 5 years of doing business with them.
About three months ago, I brought a new battery for my key fob. Unfortunately, it stopped working just as I was entering the hospital. When my son couldn’t locate the original receipt, he returned to the store to purchase a new one.
