I was so happy to have found Alonya @ Instabody Spa. I had done research before my mommy makeover and new the importance of the lymphatic massages. However, I had no idea how much they would help with my recovery and results. She is amazing, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. She went the extra mile when I was having an issue with the incision and she reached out to my doctor to get it addressed. I can’t say enough of how these massages have done for me and my recovery/healing. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who gets a mommy makeover to absolutely go to Alonya at Instabody Spa!!

At first, I was honestly hesitant to go in so soon after my procedure, but I started going to Alonya at InstaBody literally the day after my chin lipo, and I don’t know how I would have gotten through my recovery without her. She is AMAZING!!! Not only were the lymphatic massage sessions incredibly relieving and absolutely essential for my healing, but she also gave me so much emotional support during such a vulnerable time. Every session brought relief—both physically and mentally. I had my first post-op lymphatic massage with her and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, professional, and welcoming. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what my body needed at 4 weeks post-op.
She incorporated wood therapy and really focused on areas where I had built-up fluid, and I could immediately feel a difference after just one session. I felt looser, lighter, and even noticed I was more active throughout the day
