I was so happy to have found Alonya @ Instabody Spa. I had done research before my mommy makeover and new the importance of the lymphatic massages. However, I had no idea how much they would help with my recovery and results. She is amazing, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. She went the extra mile when I was having an issue with the incision and she reached out to my doctor to get it addressed. I can’t say enough of how these massages have done for me and my recovery/healing. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who gets a mommy makeover to absolutely go to Alonya at Instabody Spa!!
