Several years ago our air went out in the middle of Hurricane Harvey. We put in a call to John in hopes of "getting on the list" but he came in a break in the rain and fixed our AC! We knew we wanted to give him our business when the day came for a new unit. John was very helpful explaining what we needed versus what we could get and then worked hard to schedule a time that worked well for us (teachers in the midst of this crazy COVID year).
