The only reason I have 5 stars is because of Karen! She is definitely my person! I don’t like being made aware of that there will be a “service charge” when using a charge card. I feel that the receptionist should have made me aware of the new change since we have to call to make an appointment.
Went for first time today. I am really happy with the atmosphere. Nicky did my pink/white full set and my nails are just as I had explained I wanted. My pedicure turned out great too but I didn’t get the lady’s name. Definitely my new place and much closer to home so I can do it during lunch hour.
I have been coming to this salon for over 25 years…they are so kind, clean & well organized. I would not choose another place. Inail is my #1 salon for my manicures & pedicures!
Nicky, Nancy, Karen, Tammy & Hannah always take care of my family & me!
