Immaculate Nail Salon offers a variety of nail services with a clean and organized environment. Customers have reported great experiences with the nail technicians, specifically mentioning Hanna's excellent shellac manicure. However, there have been concerns about the salon being understaffed, resulting in multiple clients being served by one technician. The recent opening of a nearby nail salon has also impacted the business. Despite these issues, some customers are satisfied with their services and plan to return.
This place used to be great but I don’t plan on coming back.I’m very saddened to write this review but this place has gone downhill terribly. There doesn’t appear to be enough workers. The nail techs are working on multiple clients at a time which is annoying. I came in Thursday at 12 noon. I believe the nail salon that opened a few doors down has had a negative affect on immaculate plus the poor service which is unfortunate.
First time here, for a dip service. The ladies did a great job. The nail shop was clean and organized. They have a large varieties of colors to choose from. I am very satisfied how my nails turned out and will recommend to friends. Definitely return soon!
Hanna did an amazing job on my shellac manicure and took very good care of my nails. I've been looking for a good salon that isn't one of those big franchises and I think I found it ! Can't wait to go back
