If you are trying to Learn lash or manicure don’t go here!! Horrible service!! They don’t know how to solve a simple problem!! It’s ridiculous… they send you an Email of the things you need to bring to class. You get there and they ask me. where is your laptop in the email it doesn’t say you have to bring a laptop.. just because of that I couldn’t star school.. come on! Don’t recommend this school at all!!!

I have tried to support this business many times throughout my lash career. Today, I unfortunately ran out of glue and needed to purchase one asap for my clients. I called iheartlashstudio in the morning and asked if they had available glues in stock, and asked if I could pick one up today in store. The receptionist, I believe it was Sasha, seemed very dry and just said that I can order online and pick it up in store today. I said " okay, can I come to pick it up in maybe an hour?" She said yes and before the conversation could even end, she hung up on my face. She never told me she would be closing the store early, or gave me an exact time I needed to be there.... read full review
