I always have such a great time coming here. They are so understanding with pain levels and making sure they are paying attention to every detail and so open to making me feel as comfortable as possible!

My experience at the Washington Heights location was great the team was very understanding and helpful about my situation, but the one in Raleigh sucked I would not recommend this company to anyone of my friends due to the policies that will screw over its clients you still have to pay even if you do not continue treatment for medical reasons like pregnancy.I AM EDITING MY REVIEW NOW 12/20/2023Marissa has been so helpful and this location has helped me now be able to continue treatment. As a franchise they can do better but this location is fantastic

They increased their hours and have more available appointments. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. I get laser hair removal touch ups so it’s uncomfortable, but they are so nice and knowledgeable.
