I've used them as my GP for a very long time. However, I sometimes I dread going in to appointments because the receptionist is so rude. She doesn't listen, she snaps at patients, and basically lacks manners. However, I really like seeing Claudia. She has a great bedside manner and is really knowledgeable. Really only giving two stars because they need to hire a nicer receptionist. She's the first person you see and sets the tone of the entire appointment.
