Missie was amazing! She educated me on the key differences between all of the window lines without any sales pressure. She gave me notes to remind me of what to ask for when ordering my windows. Unlike those sleazy window replacement guys that come to your house, there was no sales pressure. Every line they offer are beautiful and high quality and worthy of a significant renovation like we are doing, i cannot recommend them highly enough! We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Joey was great at the beginning of the process and explained the products and installation process very well. The team communicated well while waiting for our materials to be delivered. Chris managed the installation of the window project. The crew was courteous, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up well. We plan to use Houston Window Experts again for the next phase of our window project.
