What a nice guy! I wasn’t even calling for plumbing services. I just received a smart toilet that the UPS man had delivered improperly on its side, instead of right side up as the box instructed. So, when I wasn’t able to get in touch with Home Depot, or the manufacturer to express my concerns, I called Houston Plumbing Services. This wonderful plumber took the time to answer all of my questions, knowing that I wasn’t calling for his services. Houston Plumbing did a whole house repairing in my fathers 2 story house in 3 days, and he has also worked on my house as well. Very professional crew, that is always prompt and on time, and fair priced. The owner Leonard is a great man and very friendly.
