Julie is amazing!! I am very specific ( to not say picky) about my nails. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! The establishment is not your typical five star, but customer service has been great in my experience and I love Julies work! Give them a try. I hope you have the same experience I have had.

I only go to here because it's cheap and nearby. Julie does a good job, but the shop could use a good deep cleaning and some updated equipment. They also feed the birds outside religiously because they believe it brings them luck. Not so much for my car! Bird poo everywhere!!! They don't greet customers as they walk in, which is not cool. People are just left standing there looking crazy. Hey, but where else can I go get shellac nails and a pedicure for $38?

So when I went in to HOUSTON NAIL & FACIALS I was not greeted. If there is one thing that I hate, is coming into business where I will be spending my money at not get greeted, but I was in a good mood that day so I just let it go lol. So this older later started on my pedicure and she just seems so angry and mad. So time goes on and I realize that she is not giving me what I asked for when paying for the deluxe. So now I am getting irritated. So I asked what am I paying for because it seems like are not giving me what I asked for and she gets upset that I questioned her.
