If you are looking for an inspector, look no further! This is my first time buying a home, so I Googled and researched hundreds of companies, and after reading through numerous reviews, I decided to go with Houston Jacob Home Inspection. Mr. Cho was easy to communicate with. My closing date was just around the corner, and Mr. Cho was able to fit me into his schedule at the last minute! He arrived early on the day of our appointment and took his time to inspect EVERY part of the house. Mr. Cho is very detailed, professional, and EXTREMELY thorough. He even climbed up to the attic and roof, and took his shoes off before entering the home. Mr. Cho spotted some flaws that I would never have noticed around the house and explained what could go wrong if those problems weren’t fixed and how to sort them out. We also received our report the same day, and I was able to send it to my builder the next day! Overall, I’m very satisfied with Mr. Cho’s work. I’ve just booked another appointment with him to come back for a reinspection! I highly recommend Jacob and will refer him to all my friends and family. The extra inspection fee is well worth it for your big investment.
I was really pleased with Mr. Cho’s house inspection! He didn’t miss a thing, making sure to check every corner, and even got up on the roof! I received the report the same day of the inspection which was super clear and full of photos. He made sure all my questions got answered and paid attention to my concerns. It was a great experience, totally worth it. I’ll for sure be calling Mr. Cho the next time I need a house inspection – he’s thorough and trustworthy!
