I am writing to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Houston Automatic Gate Company. A recent storm caused significant damage to both of my front gate control arms. After reaching out to several companies, I was fortunate to connect with Jonathan from Houston Automatic Gate Company. Despite the late hour, approximately 8 pm, Jonathan promptly responded to my request for an estimate after I sent him pictures and explained my requirements. He assured me that his team could be on-site first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, heavy rain prevented the scheduled work the next day. Jonathan was very understanding and we rescheduled for the following day. Despite the initial rain, his crew arrived at 10 am and worked diligently throughout the day without a lunch or any breaks to replace the gate arms and install a new commercial opening system. The job was complex and required their full attention until 6 pm. I am truly impressed by their dedication and commitment to completing the task efficiently. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Jonathan and his crew for their exceptional service. Their willingness to accommodate my needs and their unwavering work ethic are truly commendable. I will certainly be reaching out to them again to repair my wood fence that was also damaged during the storm. Once again, thank you for your outstanding work and professionalism.
