Ronnie and Haris installed a new system for us. Ronnie advised appropriate filter sizes but when he saw the door access to filters would not close, Ronnie recommended I go to a smaller size which resulted in lots of dust in the house. In approx. a year after new system installed, I discovered the flu had detached from the roof which would have been deadly had I not seen the issue. Ronnie sent Haris out to fix, but wow, scary!! I pointed out to Haris when he was here fixing flu, the issue with the doors not closing. So Haris screwed the doors shut rather than correcting the issue. I had Houston Air Design install replace a very old AC system at my house and it was such a good experience. They had given me options of the different systems they had along with costs, pros and cons for each one that helped me make a better decision on which one to buy. On install day they were so efficient with disconnecting and removing the old system and replacing it with the new system they were able to do all of the work in one day. During all of this they kept the house clean from their work and made sure the system was working correctly. They did such a great job that I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good A/C company.Service: AC installation

My outside unit went out over the July 4th weekend and the first few HVAC outfits I called either didn't respond immediately or couldn't do anything until after the holiday weekend but when I called Houston Air Design it was an instant response and Ronnie came out and took care of it asap and I didn't have to book a hotel for my wife!Thanks, Ronnie, we appreciated your professionalism and responsiveness!Service: HVAC maintenance
