Hotel ICON, Autograph Collection is a beautiful hotel with a great location. The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The air conditioning works well, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating. However, there have been some issues, such as no hot water, key cards not working, and old, inefficient elevators. The parking is expensive at $50. The hotel management has been praised for addressing problems promptly and taking great care of guests. The maid service is excellent, especially when extra towels are needed. The hotel has a lovely view of Houston, and the rooms are spacious and serene. Everything from the trim work, molding, brass fixtures, and spacious bathroom (tub and standing shower) is well-done. The breakfast service is pleasant, and guests have had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The hotel lobby and common areas have a wonderful smell, and the staff, especially the concierge, Mr. Chu, are wonderful. Mr. Chu has a great sense of history and provides great recommendations for food and activities within walking or taxi distance. The hotel also features a beautiful deck with a pool, a fantastic gym, and a sauna, with awesome views of the Hong Kong skyline and Victoria Harbor, especially in the evening.
My children and I had the best time ever. My flight was delayed and the management made sure to contact me to get my room service order in before the kitchen closed. I was welcomed with a little note.
Another amazing Autograph collection hotel with beautiful rooms and great customer service. This one has a lovely view of Houston. The rooms are spacious and serene. Everything from the trim work, molding, brass fixtures and spacious bathroom (tub and standing shower) are done well.
This is a fantastic hotel located in the perfect area of Kowloon with amazing views of the Hong Kong skyline and Victoria Harbor. The hotel lobby and common areas have a wonderful smell, I can’t describe it other than to say every time I walked into the hotel I wished that my house smelled like this place does. The staff is wonderful, especially the concierge - Mr. Chu who is my favorite ask for him. He has a great sense of history. Great recommendations for food and what to do either within walking or taxi distance. On the ninth floor is a beautiful deck with a pool and a fantastic gym and a sauna, the views of Hong Kong are awesome especially in the evening
