I am beyond grateful for this company in allowing my mother the opportunity to live and be able to take care of her needs because someone is looking after my father. For over 10yrs my mother has been the sole caretaker of my father having to neglect self but thanks to Ms Lillian for amazing coordination and connection with Ms Benita Campbell and Ms nicole for their southern hospitality and impeccable bedside manner we know my father is in great hands seeing my mom be able to attend her Dr visits and spend time with my sister and I just brings us tears of joy

I called Home Instead for assistance in caring for my mother who was already on hospice. I realized I was unable to take care of her all by myself. The caregiver quickly assigned to us was wonderful. When she first came, my mother was walking a little but as that changed to being a bed patient, our caregiver was able to adapt to a changing situation. It was nice to have someone walk with me as my mother neared the end of her life. I can't say enough about how your caregiver took a huge load off of me. Thank you Home Instead, for sending into our home just the right person at just the right time.

Arlene has been taking care of my father-in-law for some time now. We really appreciate her professionalism and her compassion in caring for him. She is firm when she needs to be. Always on time and attentive all through her shift. We are VERY happy with Arlene.
