In the end, HHI Patios did a great job and we love the new patio. There were major issues with the project - the worst case scenario, incorrect concrete pour. The concrete pour was not aligned and the patio footing would not have been supported. It happens. Ivan and HHI were professional. They ripped out the new concrete and replaced it. There were a few other more minor issues (poor paint job and fan wiring) which we pointed out to Ivan. Owner Hugo came by to tell us in person HHI was going to make it perfect. They did!

Built in carport project. HHI did a great job with this project. Crew and supervisor were responsive, communicative, and professional. Project was finished in a timely manner and at a fair cost. Would recommend HHI to anyone and would work with them again. Well done and thank you!
