HAM Barber Studio provides a clean, comfortable, and relaxed experience. It is a great studio with a great vibe, classy design, and a super cool setup that cultivates an atmosphere of vibrant local street art and constant creative energy. The skilled, tenured, and experienced barbers are friendly, professional, down to earth, and downright fun. They take their time to ensure a spot-on, damn good haircut. Services include cuts and beard work, with a gentleman's package available. The studio has a great atmosphere where you could chill for a long time. There is lots of parking in the back of the building, which is the best way to enter. The team is highly recommended.
Spent the night in Northside at a friend's place and wanted to get a haircut before the holidays. Didn't want to drive all the way to my usual barber in the Energy Corridor, so I looked on Google and found HAM Barber Studio. TJ (the owner) doesn't usually cut hair on Mondays (his wife still needs to update the Google listing) but was able to fit me in first thing in the morning.
The first thing I noticed when I walked in: It's a very well-decorated place--. Lots of furniture and art pieces that are very much TJ: A record player, vinyl recordings, imagery of cars, and Oriental rugs (wish I took a picture). I liked how he has ring lights set up at each chair.

If you want your hair cut right, come to this palce. I showed one photo and TJ gave a spot on haircut. He's very experienced barber using scissors and trimmer. Professional and makes you feel comfortable. The studio has a great vibe and honestly feels like you could chill there for a long time. Lots of parking in the back of the building and it's the best way to enter to get to the shop. Highly recommend!
Exceptional!!! TJ and the crew at Ham were friendly, professional and downright fun; all the while TJ served up one damn good cut. I was in from the ATX on business and found this great studio by Google chance. Let me save you the gamble of searching as I Highly, Highly Recommend TJ and the Team at Ham.
