I enjoy the fact that you can check in online and see your wait time. But this particular location has become disappointing. For one all of the employees are parking in the reserved spots for the customers so the customers are having to park far away and walk up to the store. The lady that cut my hair today didn't even wet my hair she gave me a dry haircut that ended up not even being straight and I had to go back in a second time because she forgot a big portion of the area I shave in the undercut. Since we discover this salon its my favorite place. I always bring my children for a good cut hair. The better way for no waiting time is registering online. Also you can get coupons by Internet or social media.
This environment was clean and well kept, such friendly staff. I went in for a simple trim not expecting much but came out with a perfect trim across and bangs! I WOULD come here AGAIN!
