I really like this place, especially Hanni! She’s always super nice, friendly, and gives great service every time I come in. However, I have to take off some stars because of the 4% fee added when paying by card or Apple Pay. That feels a bit high. It also seems like they prefer Zelle or cash to avoid taxes, which doesn’t feel right. I love the service, but the payment policy could definitely be improved.

definitely glad I decided to give this place another shot! after the past two times I had really horrible eye irritation and swore it off but I was super desperate today. I communicated with the assistant about my past grievances and I was set up with Hanni. Hanni was incredibly gentle and caring. She did a phenomenal job, I will be back to see her.

I recently had a lash extension appointment with Hanni and it was truly an amazing experience. Hanni has remarkable expertise in her work and is incredibly gentle and soft-spoken. The process of getting my lashes done was not only comfortable but also a pleasant one. Hanni is a true professional and I highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to enhance their lashes.
