This team was incredibly responsive, fast, and dependable - when POP-A-LOCK told me they couldn't help me out and were shut down. I was locked out of my car in a parking lot in the post oak/galleria area at night on a Friday. I knew I had full coverage insurance that would cover it, but since no answered the main line, I started calling locksmiths. Pop-a-lock was the first company I tried, and they wasted 15 min of my time on the phone just to tell me they are shut down in my area and they had no one to help me. I called Golden Locksmith next. Without even having to finish my sentence, they told me that they'd have someone out to me in a matter of minutes. The phone rep took my information and connected me to the locksmith who called me right away and gave me his ETA. It took him 3 seconds to open my car (which is a little scary), but he was a fast and it was a good, smooth experience. The locksmith name is Jorge, and he's being doing this for a number of years. The company handles vehicles, homes, businesses, and a number of other things (as he was getting calls for a number of them while on site but still prioritized my job). They take care of everything digitally at the site of work, and within seconds, I received my paperwork and receipt via email on my phone. Jorge was great, explained some industry stuff to me and even gave me recommendations on getting an additional key fab. If you need to call a locksmith, I wouldn't bother with Pop-a-Lock. Call Golden Locksmith first. Super Responsive!
