Wound care with Lis was great! I healed very quickly after 3 rough months of multiple surgeries. Karim was PT was an awesome therapist! Good people, communication was great and care was taken seriously. Would recommend to my own family.
Christina is my home health nurse and she is truly the best. She shows such compassion and is so gentle. She is awesome and amazing. I hope that she will continue to be my home health nurse
Gaspy was impossible to work with from Day 1 of my husband's recovery. Getting a nurse consultation and physical therapy evaluation took countless phone calls. We finally did get nursing and physical therapy but, especially with PT, many times they did not show up. Every time I would try to speak with our case manager, he was busy. He also apparently doesn't return calls. We finally cancelled the services when we found an outpatient therapy center, we found that they were documenting visits that did not happen, and we are working with insurance to make sure those visits are not charged.
